 There are some jobs that give recruiters pause. Oftentimes these jobs look fake, or else they indicate that you’re not someone who will be a good employee. While it might not be the case in your instance, the fact remains that most recruiters and employers tend to have a bias against certain careers. Now, the following list of red flag jobs isn’t for all types of career paths. If you are working in a blue color trade or a medical profession, then your resume is not going to be as scrutinized as if you were working in corporate America.   When you are looking for a new job, it’s important to always lookout for your best interest. While some recruiters are going to advocate for a high salary, others simply want to fill the open role as soon as possible. And that does not always translate into the best outcome for you, the jobseeker. So, should you tell a recruiter about another offer? It’s complicated. More Fake Resumes - Kickbacks and Cronyism

  As we have covered in the past, Indian recruiters are often suspected by people of being scammers? We have an entire article about the problem with Indian recruiters reaching out to people with fake jobs --it's a constant source of complains on LinkedIn posts and in forums on places like Reddit. Another issue that comes up is that people are hiring friends (or even people that are not friends) who are not qualified.   How likely is it that you can get away with lying on your resume? Most people have heard that it's ok to lie on your resume. In fact, some people--even job coaches and resume writers-- will say you'd be stupid to not lie on your resume . But will you get caught? Well, that depends. What sort of lie are you telling?
